Privacy policy.
1. Introduction
Consilix Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose information when you interact with consilix.ai or engage us commercially.
2. Information we collect
- Contact details you submit via the contact form or by email (name, email address, company, message).
- Engagement information shared during an audit, build, or retainer — limited to what is necessary to deliver the work.
- Website usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, referrer) retained for a short window for operational and security purposes.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and schedule calls.
- To deliver the engagement you have commissioned.
- To keep our systems secure and detect abuse.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations in the UK.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not run marketing automation against visitors who submit the contact form.
4. Sharing of information
Information is shared only with sub-processors we rely on to operate — our email provider, the calendar service used for bookings and standard infrastructure (hosting, backup, DNS). A full list is available on request.
5. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted transport, access-restricted storage, least-privilege credentials. No internet service is 100% secure, but we aim for a standard commensurate with the sensitivity of the data we hold.
6. Data retention
Contact-form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable follow-up window after. Engagement records are retained in line with UK tax and accounting requirements.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@consilix.ai.
